Ted Miller reviewed Maintenance

1. Repair of the planter boxes

Property & Casualty Insurance

Paul Perez discussed the current environment for insurance coverage and the impact of mold cases causing an increase in premiums everywhere

Ted Miller also discussed resubmitting bids for insurance in several more months.

Exterior of Building

BOD is aware of the physical appearance of the units – several are in disrepair. These units will be identified and letters will be sent to the homeowners.

Ted Miller will send a letter to those owners that are deemed out of compliance.

Parking

Homeowners are parking on the outside of their garage which causes difficulty with neighboring units being able to enter/exit their units easily

Ted Miller will speak with the new owners of unit # 169.

Architectural Review Committee

Discussion regarding the need to implement the ARC when exterior changes are made to a unit. The homeowners need to be aware that there is a process to follow and this process will start to be followed.

Other Business

There are two Cantu lots that are empty but are being used as storage space for construction material.

Ted Miller will contact the City of McAllen to report this problem.
