April 19, 2005

The newly elected Board of Directors met after the Annual Meeting. The meeting was called to order by the property manager at 9:10 PM. In attendance were George Roper, Ernesto Sepulveda and property manager Ted Miller Jr.

The first item of business was election of officers. By acclimation Ernesto Sepulveda was elected President, George Roper was elected Vice President and Dale Kasofsky was elected Secretary.

There was a resolution presented to appoint Ted Miller, Jr. and or Gary L. Henrichson to serve as an agent, trustee, or attorney of the Association to exercise the power of sale granted by law on behalf of the association to foreclose its lien on unit # 178. Upon motion, second and unanimous vote the resolution was passed.

There being no further business to discuss, upon unanimous vote the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
