Review and approval to proceed to foreclosure of properties for delinquent assessments

History of communication between the association and Rocky Salinas discussed

Mr. Henrichson shared the legal ramifications and procedures for foreclosure

Mr. Henrichson will arrange for a title report on the property owned by Rocky Salinas at the cost of $270.63 and will return to the next board meeting with the information obtained from this search. Mr. Miller will attempt to contact Rocky Salinas via phone or in person.
