November 12, 2007

The President Dale Kasofsky called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. In attendance were board members Able Saenz and Ernesto Sepulveda. Also attending was property manager Ted Miller Jr. A quorum was present and the meeting commenced.

The minutes of the meeting held on February 06, 2007 were reviewed and approved by acclimation.

The financial reports for January thru October 2007 were presented and reviewed. Upon motion and unanimous vote they were approved as presented. The collections report was reviewed with no action taken.

The Board briefly discussed landscaping and maintenance items with no action taken.

The Board reviewed the insurance proposals for Liability, Property and D & O insurance coverage. Upon motion, second and unanimous approval the proposal was accepted without the additional umbrella coverage.

There being no further business to discuss, upon unanimous vote the meeting was adjourned at 8:50 P.M.
